That’s My MUB celebrates the people who make life funnier, weirder, and more human - the lovable legends who turn everyday moments into stories worth sharing.

Examples:

  • The friend who gives terrible advice but is always there
  • The sibling who somehow causes chaos in every room
  • The coworker who makes the day better just by being ridiculous
  • The parent who texts like every message is an emergency
  • The buddy who is useless for the task but essential for the memory

What is a MUB Moment?

A MUB Moment is a real-life, authentic human moment worth sharing. It can be funny, awkward, chaotic, heartfelt, embarasing, reflective or just painfully relatable.

It does not have to be perfect or polished - in fact, it's better if it's not.

If it makes someone say "I do that too!" "that's my friend" or "that is sooo human" it probably belongs here.

What Can I Submit?

  • A short video
  • A photo
  • A written story/document
  • A voice memo idea
  • A quote or caption
  • A nomination for someone else
  • A funny observation
  • A real-life moment you think belongs in the MUB world

Raw footage is fine. Imperfect is cool. Authentic is the point.

How do I submit my MUB Moment?

You can submit your MUB Moment the following ways:

1) Fill out the form and Submit by clicking below (best if sending file larger than 25 Mb)

2) Email directly to: myuselessbuddy@gmail.com

(best for smaller files such as pictures and submission documents/stories)

Submission Guidelines

Before submitting, make sure:

  • The moment is real, relatable, funny, honest, or meaningful
  • Everyone shown in a photo or video is okay with it being submitted
  • The content is not hateful, cruel, bullying, dangerous, or mean-spirited
  • You are comfortable with MUB reviewing, editing, and possibly sharing the content
  • You include your name, email, and social handle if you want to be credited or contacted

MUB is about laughing at and being o.k. with just being human - not tearing people down.
